Services
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Our organisation fosters participant independence by leveraging their existing strengths and resilience. We specialise in aiding those with psychosocial disability to surmount complex obstacles and lead gratifying lives within their communities. Our team cultivates strong rapport based on trust and respect with participants, their families, and caregivers. Collaboratively, we establish objectives, develop strategies, and adapt plans as necessary with the involvement of the participant's support network. We collaborate with other service providers and settings to ensure participants receive comprehensive and customised support.
Level 2 Coordination of Supports
Our support coordinators assist participants in developing the necessary skills to comprehend and optimise their plans. By doing so, we foster clients' abilities to cultivate and sustain relationships, manage responsibilities, live autonomously, and actively engage in their communities.
Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination
Our team of professionals offers specialised support to participants who require advanced assistance due to complex circumstances. Our specialist support coordinators provide guidance in managing challenges within the participant's support environment while ensuring the steady provision of services. The participant's plan specifies the funded level of support coordination and its delivery method. If the plan does not include a description of the support coordination funding, the participant has the freedom to select the most suitable level of support coordination for their requirements and the method of delivery.
